For the Actor who is Serious about acting....

In these classes you will not learn to come in on the queue and do it like everyone else.  Instead you will discover the true actor in you, your own unique individual quality that will make you interesting and separate you from the masses.

Admission is based on a preliminary interview/orientation, scheduled by appointment only.
 

SCENE STUDY

Along with an assigned partner you will be given a scene to work on from a well established play.  Preparation, acting techniques and creating the life of a character will be explored.  In working on technique, you will discover what makes you and your style unique.  The purpose of the scene study class isn't to make the scene a better scene (although that will be the result) but rather for each actor to further master making choices.  You will be pushed beyond your limits and learn to trust your instincts.
 
Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon -2pm

On Camera Class
Building on the strengths learned in the Scene Study class you will you will discover further growth as you see yourself on camera.  Copy will be assigned (commercial copy to start out with) and during playback you will be afforded the opportunity to review your performances and make adjustments.  Growth through performance!

Close Ups!

Building on the strengths learned in the Scene Study class you will†you will discover further growth as you see yourself on camera - see how easy it is to go overboard!† Copy will be assigned†(commercial copy to start out with) and during playback you will be afforded the opportunity†to†review your performances†and make adjustments.††Growth through performance!
The section below is completely separate of Personal Coaching, it's general info for all classes so can you separate it?
* Fees must be paid at the beginning of each session.
* No contracts or long-term commitments are required.
* No make-up classes or refunds are given if a scheduled class is missed unless you are working professionally out of town.

Class is considered a safe environment for the actor to grow and experiment, therefore guests are not allowed and there is NO AUDITING.
